Frankie at 11 Months

Eleven months for our little Frankie has brought lots more standing and "ooh, is he going to take a step?".  He has five teeth (three on top, two on bottom) and lots of little bumps and bruises from his adventures. He has absolutely no interest in toys. He prefers stairs and bathroom cabinets. Frankie calls almost everyone DA! and we love his morning greetings. He loves nothing more than attention from his sisters. Here's a post showing Sadie at the same age . And here's a post showing Eloise at the same age .

Sadie at Eleven Months

Sadie is eleven months! She is becoming very entertaining. When Jake walks into the room, she chants "da da da da". Ba ba is her pacifier (something Eloise made up when she was Sadie's age and has taught her baby sister). She makes these sweet little "tickey tickey" sounds when she is tickling someone or something. She was tickling my laptop recently. She says ma ma, but only when she really wants me. Mo mo means she wants to eat whatever you are eating. She also says "hi!" when I walk into her room after a nap. That kills me! She wants to be free! She is a pretty fast crawler and loves to climb, so perhaps she'll be ...

Eloise at Eleven Months

Eloise is eleven months old! She has been for a few weeks, but the holidays are here and there isn't a lot of time for blogging. Photos this time around were the hardest they had ever been. She will not sit still for a moment. We gave her props, Jake was making his silliest noises and she wanted to be anywhere but in front of her banner. I had to bribe her with Cheerios. Good thing she is cute and can get away with it! Eleven months means purposeful "Da Da Da," although almost everything, including Daddy, starts with the letter D. Bath, Maisy and Granddad are all "DA!" Exceptions include MAMAMAMA, ho ho ho and "IIIIsh?". We're not sure what that last one is. She is saying Ho Ho Ho Ho for Santa. Video to come! She has taken one step on her own, towards some cheese. She has considered doing it again, but she always chickens out and drops into a crawl. She thinks its pretty silly! Jake and I really thought she would be walking by now, but she ...
